How to sign in to this site

You may visit as a guest or create a customer account. On the menu bar, navigate to Sign In. Once you go to My Account page, if you would like to create an account, please complete the section under Register. If you already have an account, use the Login section.

I have an account but have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, click on My Account on the menu bar to access the sign in screen. At the bottom of the page, click on the Lost your password? wording. On the password retrieval page, you must enter the e-mail address you used to create your account and then click Get Password. Your password will be sent to your email address so that you can once again, access your account.

For security purposes, please use a password that consist of 7-32 characters, use upper and lower case and at least one number. Passwords are case sensitive so be aware of that when you sign in.

Updating your account information

If you have an Account and wish to update your billing or shipping address, account details including your name, email address or make a password change, please click on My Account. Please remember to click on the Save changes button.

Due to new legislation being enforced by the EU, anyone who resides in a country that is part of the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), will be required to complete the serengeti2 Antiques EU:GDPR Compliance Form, no exceptions.

About the Products

Products for sale are researched, photographed and carefully inspected prior to being listed under Products. We do not hide damage or conveniently forget to mention it. Products are photographed at high resolution so that you can view the object in clear detail. All product listing information and photographs are Copyright by Irene Schwall. Images are watermarked for tracking purposes and may not be electronically stored by you or used for any purpose without prior written permission. If you need additional information about a product, please Contact us before placing your order. We will try our best to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

If you know something about a product that we do not, please Contact us— We are always willing to learn.

Using the Shopping Cart

If you wish to purchase a Product, find the product you wish to purchase and then click Add to Cart. If the product is available as more than one, you can add multiples of the same product by clicking on the quantity field. Use the Update Cart button before you Proceed to Checkout.

To calculate worldwide shipping, in the Cart Totals field, click on Calculate Shipping. Use the up or down arrows to find your country and then click on the Update Totals tab. Then Proceed to Checkout. 

To remove an item from your Shopping Cart and before Proceed to Checkout, click on the red "x" to the left of the image.

Click on Contact us in the menu bar to reach us. Please be as specific as you can so that we can assist you. Click on the Submit button.

Checkout

Complete the field for Billing Details. If shipping to a different address from Billing,  please complete the Ship to a different address details. If you wish to add a special note, please complete the Order Notes field. Check Your Order and then click Proceed to PayPal.

Payment is in US Dollars only. Your credit or debit card information is secure on this site and through PayPal.

To track a Purchase

To view or track a purchase, sign in to My Account. In the Order ID field, type in your Order ID No. and complete the Billing Email field. Click on the Track button below.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is through the US Postal Service (USPS) and products are shipped First Class Mail unless you specific that you wish to have your product shipped by another means. If this is the case, additional shipping fees may apply -- please ask for a quote before completing your purchase as your shipping fee will need to be manually adjusted prior to Checkout.

Prices shown include shipping.

We inspect each product prior to shipping and use the utmost care in wrapping your product for secure shipment. Once your product goes into the mail, you will receive a tracking number.

In the unlikely event of your product arriving damaged, please Contact us immediately. We are not however responsible for damage while in transit.

For worldwide shipping -- a US Customs Form will be included and the product price stated on the form, no exceptions.

If we have misrepresented a product, please contact us immediately. We will gladly refund your money as we want you to be happy with your purchase. Buyers remorse is not a reason for refund.

Privacy Notice

Your personal information will be protected to the best of our ability. We only use your information to complete an order or to contact you. We do not sell your information to a third party.

Periodically we may send you an email if you are a registered customer and we are running a special sale.
